Smart Weather is a Mango app that takes advantage of the fast resume and Alive Tile features the Windows Phone update brings to the tabular array. The app itself is a very basic weather app merely it's laid out rather nicely.

The main page of the app lists your forecast cities forth with the current weather (icon), temperatures and wind speed/direction for each. Tap on an individual city and you pull up a iv day forecast for that city.

From the master page, you can set which city is your master urban center that will appear on the live tile. The live tile volition rotate between the Smart Weather logo to the current condition/temperature display. The downside is that you lot can only accept 1 tile displayed.
